Cancellation & Refunds

If you need to cancel, please email contact@barir.ae as soon as possible. Cancellation is not guaranteed. Orders are dispatched after two to five hours and cannot be cancelled once out for delivery. Delivery address changes may incur an additional delivery charge, which we will confirm with you before proceeding. This does not affect support for damaged or incorrect orders or your statutory consumer rights.

Order Support

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, or have another concern, email contact@barir.ae with your order number, a description, and photographs where relevant. We will review the issue and help resolve it, including an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Delivery

Chilled delivery across the UAE costs AED 42–55, with the exact fee shown at checkout. Please provide accurate contact and address details to avoid delays. Any additional redelivery charge will be confirmed with you beforehand.

Collection

Standard orders are delivery only. Collection is available for bulk orders by prior arrangement.
